Você sabe quais são as raças de cães mais inteligentes?
Segundo o autor do livro “A inteligência dos Cães”, Stanley Coren, a inteligência pode ser medida com relação ao seu trabalho e à sua obediência. Coren, em seu livro, dividiu as raças em seis (6) diferentes grupos, veja abaixo:
Graduação de 1 a 10 – Melhores cães em termos de inteligência e obediência para o trabalho.
Graduação de 11 a 26 – Excelentes cães de trabalho. Treinamentos de simples comandos assimilados após 5 a 15 repetições.
Graduação de 27 a 39 – Cães de trabalho acima da média. Assimilam o comando após 15 a 20 repetições.
Graduação de 40 a 54 – Obediência e trabalho intermediários. Assimilam um comando após 25 a 40 repetições.
Graduação de 55 a 69 – Capacidade de obediência e trabalho razoáveis. Assimilam um comando após 40 a 80 repetições.
Graduação de 70 a 79 – São raças muito difíceis de assimilar um comando, necessitando de mais de 100 repetições.
OBS. A inteligência instintiva não está presente Na divisão dos grupos.
